In business, it is important for a company to review its strategy and evaluate where it fits in the marketplace to stay relevant and competitive. Business owners and managers consistently review company performance for ways to improve. For this assignment, you will be picking a retailer to research and analyze. After you understand more about the company, review what it does well and what it doesn’t do well to and make your own recommendations about how the company could improve.
